A decade to make a difference
The key aim of the International Summit on SDGs in Africa 2020 is to mobilise collaborative activities across universities that enable step-change contributions toward boosting the pace and scale of efforts to achieve the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) on the African continent by the year 2030.
Expect keynote speakers, panel discussions and strategic conversations. Expect transdisciplinary, robust discussions. Attendees include leading academics and practitioners from across the globe.
The International Summit on SDGs in Africa 2020 is action- and results-orientated. It is designed for attendees to engage and network, to identify concrete opportunities for research collaborations that will accelerate the achievement of the SDGs and locate appropriate sources of funding.
